Privacy policy

Agrarian Apothecary is committed to protecting your privacy as a client and an online visitor to my website and social media accounts. The information I ask you to provide is to maximise the service I offer to you. I respect the privacy and confidentiality of the information provided by you and are bound by and adhere to the Privacy Act (1988) and Australian Privacy Principles. I will use all reasonable means to protect the confidentiality of your Personal Data while in our possession or control. All information received from you is stored and protected on secure servers from unauthorised use or access. I hold your personal information in electronic files that are stored securely. I pursue to ensure that your personal information is protected from misuse, interference and loss; and unauthorised access, modification and disclosure. The personal information is treated as confidential and only accessed when necessary.

Your personal information may be accessed by me for as long as needed to provide services to you and as otherwise necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. In the event there is a breach of our security and your Personal Data is compromised, I will promptly notify you in compliance with the applicable law.

Cancelation policy

It is understood that sometimes things in life happen & your schedule may change. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, 24 hours notice is requested so that I can accommodate another person on my cancellation list.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment, or "no-shows" for appointments, will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of your booking.

The information on this website is provided for education purposes only. The information has been gathered from my Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) degree, experience working with clients and from my personal ongoing research into health, nutrition and herbal medicine.

I take lots of care to provide valuable information but I cannot be responsible for the use that you make of that information. Please be aware that the generalised information I provide is not a substitute for specialist advice tailored to your individual circumstances.
